The Producer is an entrepreneurial leader, driven by the opportunity to build, with a combination
of operations, fundraising, philanthropy and strategy experience to help partner with the Raise for
Good and Pledge 1% teams to drive the attainment of fundraising and engagement growth goals
for Pledge 1%’s 10 year anniversary (Dec. 2024-Dec. 2025).
You are a strategist, expert “driver” and “conductor” who can build trust quickly, communicate
clearly and persuasively, operate with excellence, and work cross-functionally to optimize Raise
for Good’s CEO, VP of Strategy, Sr. Manager of Programs & Events and Pledge 1%’s CEO, while
moving forward key 10-year anniversary marquee events. You are an integrator and a
solutions-oriented problem-solver. You can take a vision and make it come to life, working with
teams to execute with excellence.
You will be a cross-functional leader working with Raise for Good and Pledge 1% team members
to lead a dynamic fundraising, CEO engagement, and events team to help achieve our ambitious
2024-2025 revenue and 10-year anniversary goals for P1.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
● Drive strategy and planning for a series (to be agreed upon) of 10-year anniversary and
2025 CEO evangelist/HNW events and goals, in collaboration with the Sr. Manager,
Programming & Events who oversees the 10-year events).
● Ensure executive and cross-functional alignment is achieved for all event strategies and
lead the approval process in accordance with key project milestones to drive momentum
(including Summit/final celebration event).
● Collaborate with CEO, Pledge 1% Chief Executive, Head of Equity, VP of Strategy, Sr.
Manager, Programming & Events to lead facilitation on event and attendee strategy,
among others.
Stakeholder Experience Leader
● Partner with Sr. Manager, Programming & Events (and team) to ensure clear expectations,
plans, playbooks, and processes are in place to successfully execute highly impactful,
efficient fundraising /CEO evangelist events and marquee 10-year anniversary events.
● In collaboration with the VP, Strategy and Sr. Manager, Programming & Events, ensure
CEO evangelists, investors, and prospective/existing donor experience is high value, high
quality, with strong follow through and ongoing relationship building to drive results.
○ Ensure a high-quality mix of attendees and a strong number of attendees
● Serve as the on-site producer for top fundraising and 10-year anniversary events; work
with Sr. Manager, Programming & Events to lead delegation of production roles and
responsibilities across the team as needed; execute highest profile events (may need to
work occasional nights and weekends for highest profile events)
● Prepare and manage Raise for Good CEO, potentially Pledge 1% CEO, VP of Strategy and
other stakeholders for marquee events with speaking points and day of support
● Serve as cross functional teammate across org to ensure a seamless experience for
stakeholders to drive efficiency and hit ambitious goals
● Support development of support team members to develop the team on Raise for Good
standard of excellence, quality control expectations, and strong follow through to
demonstrate best-in-class stakeholder engagement and management
Project Management
● Accountable for 2025 10-year marquee moments and fundraising events KRs, as
determined by Sr. Manager, Programming & Events.
● Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the project, working closely
with the Sr. Manager, Programming & Events, VP of Strategy, CEO, and broader team to
develop and implement risk management strategies.
● Collaborate with the Project Lead(s) to ensure strategic project management and
prioritization – managing mission-critical projects to ensure alignment with client and
Raise for Good’s goals.
○ Work cross-functionally to manage team requests/needs to provide a great
experience for team members.
○ Ensure appropriate sequencing of tasks to load balance and protect capacity
○ Oversee the QC of meeting agendas and efficient meetings with clear outcomes,
ensuring strategic alignment of meeting topics and objectives, and preparing
comprehensive briefing materials and pre-reads to facilitate informed discussion
and decision-making in all meetings.
○ Oversee the preparation of key monthly reports to support strategic
decision-making and fundraising efforts.
